If you are unhappy or not satisfied, with any aspect of our services, please contact our support team who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service, you will be given a full refund. We will issue the refund in the same payment method you paid. However, you have to request for a refund within 30 days of your product order.
Refunds are not available for domain registration, domain transfer or any other domain related services. Our 30 days refund policy only applies to web hosting services. Credits on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for purchases and renewals.
