Access the MaxCyberHost Client Area
- Go to the MaxCyberHost website and click on the Login link at the top menu bar.

- Enter your account credentials to log in.

- Once you are logged in, you land on the main dashboard, which summarizes the account activity and services.

Managing Hosting Services
- Click Services section from the main menu to manage your hosting package.
- This opens a list of all hosting plans associated with your account.
- In it, you will see the Product/Service, Pricing, Next Due Date and Status for each hosting package.

Viewing Active Hosting Service Details
Clicking the Active button next to a hosting service will provide detailed information, including:

- Domain associated with the hosting package.
- Disk Usage: The total storage that your hosting account is using at the moment, which includes all website files, databases, and emails.
- Bandwidth Usage: This displays data transmitted to and from your website in order to monitor the level of traffic and make sure that your hosting plan is adequate.

Available Service Actions
The following action options will be found on the hosting service details page:
- Log in to cPanel: This option will directly open the web hosting control panel to manage website files, databases, e-mail accounts, and domains.
- Click the Log in to cPanel button to access your hosting control panel.

- Click Save Changes. You will get a confirmation message when your password has been successfully updated.

- Click the Pending button located next to the service that you wish to manage for viewing any of the details, such as billing status, set-up instructions, or actions required.

- If payment is pending:
- Click the Pay Invoice button.

- The invoice will open. From the dropdown menu, select your payment method. Example: Bkash Auto Payment (Taka), PayPal.
- Click Pay Now to finish the process of payment.

- Click the Pay Invoice button.
- Once all required steps are completed, the service will be active and can be managed just like an active hosting package.
