How to View and Pay Invoices from Your MaxCyberHost Client Area
Handling your hosting services through MaxCyberHost is intended to be hassle-free and very convenient. However, the most critical part of managing your hosting service is maintaining your bills and making payments on time. Organized billing is the key to avoiding downtime and understanding your hosting costs effectively. This tutorial will take you through the process of managing your bills efficiently, and you will be able to run your website confidently and hassle-free.
Accessing Your MaxCyberHost Client Area
- Open your browser and access the MaxCyberHost website.
- Click the Login button in the top right corner.

- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Login to sign into your account.

- After that, you will be taken to your dashboard where you will be able to view your services and support details.

From the dashboard, you can view your services, support details, invoices, and make support requests.
Viewing Your Invoices
- Click on the Invoices tab in the main menu.

- You will see a list of all invoices you have.
- In every invoice, the following data is shown:
- Invoice #: A number that is generated for the invoice.
- Invoice Date: The date of issuance of the invoice.
- Due Date: This will state the date by which the payment needs to be made.
- Total: The total amount to be paid.
- Status: This displays the status of the invoice. It can be Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled, or Refunded

- Click on any of the invoices to get details.
- You can download the bill in the form of a PDF file or print it out for your own records.
Applying the Status Filter for Invoices Management
- On the Invoices page, look for the Status filter option.

- Click on the status you want to view, for example, Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled, and/or Refunded.
- The invoice list will display only those invoices that match the selected status.
- This feature is useful for identifying overdue payments and also for analyzing payments that have already been finalized.
Payment of Your Invoices
- Find the Unpaid invoice you want to pay and click the Unpaid button next to the invoice.

- If you have multiple unpaid invoices, you can click on the Pay All option and pay all the invoices at once, or you can use the Mass Payment option in the Billing section to pay several invoices at once.


- Check over the invoice for accuracy of amount and services rendered.
- Select your method of payment, like Bkash Auto Payment (In Taka), or PayPal.

- Click on the Pay Now button to continue with the payment.
- Enter payment details for your preferred payment method.
- Once this payment is made, a confirming message appears.
- You will receive a receipt at the email where you registered.
- The status of the invoice in your account will automatically reflect as Paid.

Adding Funds to Your Account
Adding funds to MaxCyberHost accounts is a great feature that enables you to handle your hosting payments in a pre-paid manner for your convenience. In this feature, you get a pre-paid advantage that allows you to retain a positive balance in your account, making it easier for you to pay multiple bills with just a click without entering your payment details repeatedly.
- For adding funds, one has to select the Add Funds button from the Invoices Page.

- Furthermore, you have the option of adding money to your account through the Add Funds option available under the Billing option.

- Enter the amount you would like to deposit into your account balance.

- Choose the payment method of your choice like Bkash Auto Payment (Taka), or PayPal.

- Click Add Funds in order to proceed with your payment.

- Once the payment has gone through successfully, the amount that was added will appear in your balance.
- This balance can then be used for payment of hosting without having to fill in the payment information again.
Tip: Add Funds can also save you some time if you have a few invoices to pay or recurring payments.
To effectively manage billing, you should monitor deadlines, save invoices for your own records, and set up notifications for all updates by email.
